What this page covers

This policy describes the estimate form on AT Max Roofing’s website, atmaxroof.com. It is not a privacy policy for a customer portal, a payment system, or an app. Those do not exist on this site.

What the form collects

If you submit the form, you give us your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you asked about, a timing preference, and whatever you type in the message. A hidden field is there for spam filtering. Leave it blank.

We use that information to reply about a roof estimate and to schedule a look at the house. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build an advertising audience.

When a submission is actually delivered

The form checks the fields on the server. When email delivery is configured, it sends the request to jenson@atmaxroof.com through Resend, with your email as the reply-to address. When a webhook is also configured, the same details are posted there so they can be passed into the company’s CRM. If neither is configured, the site says nothing was sent and gives the phone number. Do not assume a crew has the form until you see a confirmation that it was sent.

A hidden field is checked for spam, and repeated submissions from the same network are slowed down.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not ship a third-party advertising tracker or a marketing pixel. The host and, if you use it, Cloudflare may keep ordinary connection logs and set a cookie required to run the network. That is their processing, under their policy.

How to ask a question or request deletion

Write to jenson@atmaxroof.com, or call (385) 333-9637, and say you want a form submission deleted. We will delete what we still have. A message that the site said was not sent was not stored by this application.
